Is my flight included in my package?

No the flight is not included with your package for Konpa In Vegas at this time.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

The VIP Experience has partnered up with a trusted and reliable travel agency to provide transfers to and from the hotel. Kaje Travel can arrange any transportation requests including sedan and limousine services to and from the airport. You can also secure transportation such as a shuttle or a taxi at the airport.

Can I make my reservations at a different hotel?

Yes, Kaje Travel can help secure a room at a hotel of your choosing, just be mindful that the ticket prices will be different for those who book outside of the hosted hotels.

Can I purchase the event tickets without purchasing a package?

Yes you can.

Where do I pick up my event tickets?

You pick up your event passes and tickets during registration.

What if I did not book at the Monte Carlo or Bellagio Hotel then where do I pick up my event tickets and passes?

What if I am unable to come during registration times?

You must call Kaje Travel at (404) 953-0484 to make further arrangements.

When can I check in?

Guests may check in at any time based on room availability when you arrive.  However hotel check in hours begins at 3 p.m or 4 p.m. Check out is at 11:00 am. Be mindful there may be a fee for early check in.

What kind of transportation will be available? Should I rent a car?

If you plan on staying anywhere on the Las Vegas strip you will not need a rental car. Many places are in walking distance from the hosted hotel. There is also the Deuce bus that travels up and down the strip stopping at all major hotels and casinos.

Should you feel the need to rent a car contact Kaje Travel at (404) 953-0484 and they will be able to take care of that for you.

If I don’t attend the events, can I get my money back?

Unfortunately no, we have a no refund policy; which is stated on our website.

Will someone be available to guide me to the event place?

We will have our staff members available to answer all your questions about Konpa in Vegas at all times.

Can my friends pick up my tickets?

Unfortunately no, you must present a valid ID in order to pick up your passes.

When should I check out of my hotel?

Check out is at 11:00am; you may check with the hotel directly for any additional changes.

How do I get to the airport from the hotel?

The concierge or anyone from the front desk will direct you on where to either get on a shuttle or taxi.

Can I check in late?

Guests may check in at any time based on room availability when you arrive. Be mindful there maybe a fee for early check in.

Are there any meals included with my package?

This all depends on the specifics of your particular package, please read all information carefully before booking.

How old do I have to be to attend KIV events?

You must be 21 years old and up.

Should I bring my email confirmation with me when picking up my tickets?

YES, please bring your email confirmation. If you are able to save a tree, then please have your phone open up to the confirmation email at time of registration.

In case of an emergency, how can I cancel my reservations?

Unfortunately we have a no refund policy. You may call for more information should you have any more questions at (321) 978-2525

If I purchase my package from the VIP experience group do I get a VIP package?

It is expected that once you booked with us you will automatically receive the VIP treatment from our staff. As far as VIP access to specific events and night clubs you must contact our team directly and we will work with you to meet your specific needs. Each night club has their own policies and most VIP access comes with bottle service. You may send an email to info@konpainvegas.com should you have any additional questions regarding bottle service and VIP seating for Konpa In Vegas events.

Will there be any additional charges at hotel check in? Will there be holding my credit card? 

Bellagio Guests:

The amount the front desk will run the guest’s credit card for would be in the amount of $130 per day. If they do not use all funds authorized, the amount will be released after departure.

Monte Carlo Guests:

The amount the front desk will run the guest’s credit card for would be in the amount of $50 per day. If they do not use all funds authorized, the amount will be released after departure.

PLEASE BE ADVISED that these charges are the responsibility of the guest and is not covered under Konpa In Vegas. This credit card hold is routine policy of all hotels. We understand the means that out Konpa In Vegas guests take in budgeting and as a courtesy we ask you to plan accordingly.
